US Support Desk introduces Live Chat

In an effort to improve service, Live Chat has been enabled for the US Support Desk. Live Chat offers many benefits: Accelerates response times with suggested solutions that are automatically presented to both the customer and agent; Allows multiple CSRs to respond to chat sessions, thus improving response time and customer satisfaction; Captures chat sessions in customer history and sends emails to end users with their conversations; Allows routing of chat sessions to best suited agent.  To access Live Chat, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to Academy Connection
  2. Select Help from the top right navigation bar
  3. Select Program Support in English
  4. Select Live Chat in English
